For 24 years, Lash Fary of marketing firm Distinctive Assets has curated swag for nominees, aiming to ensure everyone feels like a winner.
 
"This is something we do independently of the Academy with the intention of elevating small businesses, female-founded brands, and minority-owned companies, and also because losing sucks," Fary told Reuters.
