Sky's John Sparks is in Beirut where reams of residents are evacuating under the military orders of Israel.

Sparks is on the ground in Beirut as Israel's military has issued an evacuation order for half the city and residents are frantically trying to leave.

He describes scenes of "organised chaos" and witnesses anger at the Israeli government, which has threatened to flatten Beirut.
