Al Jazeera's Rory Challands reports from Amman. He says that a short while ago, Iran’s IRGC announced what it said was a combined drone and missile attack in Tel Aviv and areas in central Israel. He adds that they said they included in the attack package the Kheibar Shekan, with a cluster munition warhead.
