Cyprus's foreign minister reveals the country has expressed "dissatisfaction" to the UK over the drone strike on RAF Akrotiri base this week.

Constantinos Kombos says Cyprus has held discussions "at all levels" with Britain about what happened, as additional UK forces are deployed to the region.
