Sky News has spoken to IDF International Spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Nadav Shoshani who said the Israeli Defence Forces is doing everything to avoid harm to civilians.

Sky's Cordelia Lynch quizzed him over claims from Israel's finance minister that the IDF would turn the southern suburbs of Beirut into another Gaza Strip.
