An Israeli air strike on a residential building in central Beirut has killed four people, as the conflict with Hezbollah intensifies. The Lebanese health ministry says more than 500 people have been killed since fighting began. Displaced residents who fled earlier evacuation orders are among those caught in attacks on areas previously considered safe, fuelling widespread fear and uncertainty about where civilians can shelter.
