Four Iranian diplomats have been killed in an Israeli airstrike on the Lebanese capital, Beirut. It was one of a barrage of Israeli attacks on southern and eastern Lebanon on Tuesday.

The Lebanese health ministry says more than 500 people have been killed since the start of the conflict with Israel. The Israeli army has been issuing evacuation orders for dozens of villages in the south, saying it's attacking Hezbollah. Lebanese authorities say 760,000 people have been displaced and accuse Israel of targeting residential areas and hotels.
