The US-Israel war on Iran has caused the biggest disruption to air travel in the Middle East since the Covid-19 pandemic.
More than 37,000 flights have been cancelled, affecting over 4 million passengers, as countries across the region closed or restricted their airspace.
Iranian drone strikes targeted airports in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha, forcing complete closures. Hundreds of thousands of travellers remain stranded as governments work to evacuate citizens, whilst air cargo traffic has dropped by 20 percent and flight prices between Asia and Europe have soared.
