The mother of a 22-year-old who fell to his death from a balcony at his block of flats in London is seeking urgent answers as to how it could have possibly happened.

Joshua Robbins died in January, when he leaned over the railing of a communal balcony, to check if his pizza delivery had arrived. The railing gave way, and Joshua fell to his death.

Now Josh's mum Fiona, is demanding answers and change.
