US President Donald Trump has announced that Kristi Noem will be replaced as Secretary of Homeland Security, marking the first major cabinet change since his re-election. Noem, who has been overseeing Trump's controversial immigration crackdown, will be reassigned as a Special Envoy. Senator Markwayne Mullin has been nominated to succeed her, with the decision taking effect on 31 March.
