War on Iran takes humanitarian toll: More than 1,300 dead after one week of conflict

One week into the conflict, more than 1,300 Iranians have been killed, with children accounting for 30 percent of the dead and nearly 200 women among the casualties.

A US–Israeli bombing campaign has struck civilian sites, including at least 20 schools and 10 hospitals, according to UNICEF.
