Sixteen months ago the body of a man in a large wetsuit was found in a reservoir in Wales.
It was assumed at the time the family of the individual would come forward to report him missing - and the incident would be recorded as a tragic diving accident.
But that never happened.
The man was never identified, no one ever come forward and the case has since baffled detectives.
Now police have managed to put a face to the body, a move they hope could provide the crucial breakthrough in the case.
